Are you still giving your customer the perception of value. You need to be very careful what emotional feelings you're creating for the customer. If you're negative and down they won't perceive that you have any value. If they don't feel you have confidence in getting the job done then they won't have confidence in you. So always remember that perception of value is a standard that needs to be high. This will help keep the relationship together in tough times.
