Goal Setting for 2010

Well, the New Year is just around the corner, are you ready? I've had some clients tell me they are so ready for this year to be over. 2009 was a tough year. Well the New Year does reset the calendar however your current situation comes with it. Just because it's a New Year don't expect to wake up January 1st and all of your challenges have vanished. It's not going to happen. Life will bring us opportunities and challenges, that's a fact. What I strongly advise is to focus on what you control. That would be YOU. Remember the basic fundamentals hold tremendous value. So start today by setting goals for next year. There is a system for goal setting and I will coach on it in my upcoming teleseminar. Perception - Training Video

Are you still giving your customer the perception of value. You need to be very careful what emotional feelings you're creating for the customer. If you're negative and down they won't perceive that you have any value. If they don't feel you have confidence in getting the job done then they won't have confidence in you. So always remember that perception of value is a standard that needs to be high. This will help keep the relationship together in tough times.
